Magma's cuisine offers a broad range of regional German dishes. Apart from the familiar pork knuckles which are marinated for several days and oven baked, and the sausages there are many unknown, but delicious dishes and exquisite desserts. Signature dishes are e.g. the "Flammkuchen", a crispy and thin German "Pizza" with sour cream instead of tomato and different delicious toppings, "Sauerbraten" sour marinated braised beef, Pan fried female Wild Boar, Rainbow Trout, Beef Goulash and "Maultaschen" (with minced mushrooms stuffed Swabian dumplings). Our wines come from all 13 wine regions of Germany.
