At the Rotisserie, chickens are delivered farm fresh each morning and never frozen. These chickens are cooked with a special method which involves even cooking in a controlled heat environment. As the chicken is constantly turning, it cooks more evenly and the turning keeps the juices moving. In addition to being absolutely delicious and as juicy as can be, rotisserie-cooked chicken is an excellent source of protein.
